Order Processing Time
All wholesale, pallet, and truckload orders require a standard processing time of 3 to 5 business days from the date payment is cleared. This time is necessary for our warehouse team to securely palletize, wrap, and stage your inventory for transit.
Shipping & Freight Options
As a B2B liquidation platform, all freight and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We offer two fulfillment methods:
Buyer-Arranged Freight
You may book your own LTL/FTL carrier. Once your order is prepped, we will provide the weight, dimensions, and pick-up details. Your carrier must provide a Bill of Lading (BOL) prior to pickup.
SEASTOCK88-Arranged Freight
We can arrange freight delivery on your behalf utilizing our carrier network. The full freight cost will be invoiced to you prior to dispatch. Goods will not be released until the freight invoice is paid in full.
Delivery Surcharges (Important)
Standard LTL freight quotes assume delivery to a commercial address equipped with a loading dock or forklift.
NOTICE: If your delivery address is residential, limited access, or requires a liftgate, additional carrier surcharges will apply. These surcharges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please notify us in advance to avoid penalty fees from the carrier.
Local Pickup (Available at Select Warehouses)
Local pickup is currently available at select fulfillment centers, including our Los Angeles (LA) and Maryland (MD) warehouses.
- Appointments Required: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is strictly required to schedule a pickup. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
- Verification: At the time of pickup, the driver or authorized representative must present a valid Delivery Order (DO). The release of goods is strictly contingent upon the presentation of a valid DO. No merchandise will be released without this document.
