SEASTOCK88 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final (AS-IS Condition)

Seastock88 is a B2B wholesale liquidation marketplace. All merchandise is sold strictly "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" with no warranties implied. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to buyer's remorse or inability to resell the items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Manifest Discrepancy & 10% Adjustment Policy

Due to the nature of liquidation and bulk processing, manifests are estimates. We recognize that minor variances may occur. For any variance (shortage or damage) within 10% of the total lot, we apply a "More or Less" adjustment policy based on the final warehouse count:

Shortages (Within 10%)

If the warehouse count is lower than the manifest, the difference will be credited/refunded to the buyer (Overpayments Refunded).

Overages (Within 10%)

If additional units are found that exceed the manifest, the buyer will be invoiced for the extra items (Underpayments Billed).

Claim Window for Major Discrepancies

If you receive a shipment with a documented error exceeding the 10% variance allowance, it is classified as a Major Discrepancy. You must submit a formal claim within 48 HOURS of the confirmed delivery date.

  • All claims must include the signed delivery receipt, photographs of the shipment as it arrived, and a detailed piece count.
  • Claims submitted outside of this 48-hour window will be automatically denied.

Refused Shipments

If a buyer refuses delivery of a scheduled freight shipment for any reason other than documented severe transit damage, the buyer will be subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE based on the total order value. Additionally, all original outbound freight costs and the return freight costs will be deducted from any potential account credit or refund.
